OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our brand and products. To ensure our quality and to ensure that our customers are Satisfied with their purchase, we offer a 7 day Refund or Exchange policy on all of our products Effective the date the product is delivered.

If your product is defective or missing accessories upon opening, Please contact us immediately before using your toy for the Exchange process.

EXCHANGE & RETURN REQUIREMENTS

-Product must be Unused:

The product must be Unused and in brand new condition.

-Packaging:

The product must be in original packaging and include all accessories.

-Receipt:

Customer must have the receipt in order to complete the exchange.

-Exchange Type:

Any defective product will be exchanged for the same product only.
